PRIVACY/REFUND POLICY
Your new purchase doesn't quite suit you, does it? Please contact our customer service team. We would be happy to help you solve your problem and find the best course of action!

Important Information: Because your order will be personalized specifically for you, we are not liable for refunds or exchanges due to fit issues. Consumers are fully responsible for choosing the style and fit of their purchase. There is a size chart and product details on each product page to better assist you in choosing the right size.

Cancellation or modification of an order
From the time you place your order, you have four hours to contact our customer support and request changes or cancellation. Your order cannot be changed after 4 hours after it has been sent to production.


Damaged or incorrect order
At Pet Diversity we work hard to ensure order accuracy and product quality. However, you may receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or has poor printing. Thank goodness, it's pretty unique! However, if this is the case, we promise complete customer satisfaction with a free replacement order or a refund for the problematic goods.

All we need is your order number and a crisp image showing the incorrect item, poor print quality or damaged area of the item. Please email us at petdiversity.shop@gmail.com to request a reprint or refund from one of our helpful support staff.

Returns
Before returning an item, please contact us and do not forget to enter your order number in the field where the item should be returned.
In most cases, all we need is a photo clearly showing the defect in the product and the order number to replace faulty goods or an incorrect order.

Make sure the item was purchased within the last 30 days.
The item is unworn, unwashed and unused.
The finished item will be different from what you requested because either the product itself is defective or the quality is defective.
